Terms of service

Effective date: 2026-10-09

Calendar Waitlist – Fill Cancellations is provided by Glideberry. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@glideberry.com.

What the service does

For eligible Personal Booking, Round Robin, Collective Booking, Service booking, Event, and Class booking calendars, a customer may opt in for one or more filled appointment slots, up to the limit the business sets, and may later add or remove slots, pause, or leave through a private link. When one of those slots opens, Calendar Waitlist offers it to one customer at a time, or, if the business chooses, to up to five customers at once; the first customer whose acceptance passes the availability check gets the appointment, and the others keep their place on the waitlist. A customer holds at most one offer at a time. An offer is an opportunity, not a reservation: availability is checked again when the customer accepts, before one appointment-creation attempt. On a Class booking calendar, each offer is for one seat in a full class session, and the seats are checked again before that attempt.

A customer who already has an appointment on an eligible calendar may instead ask for an earlier time. If they accept an earlier offer, availability is checked again and Calendar Waitlist moves that same appointment once; it never retries the move. If the move is refused, the original appointment stays as it was; if its result is unclear, the business is asked to check it.

A business may turn on a scheduling page for an eligible calendar. There a customer may book an open time directly, after availability is checked again, or join the waitlist for a full time as described above. A booking made there can be changed or cancelled through its private link until the appointment starts. A booking is not confirmed until the page says so; if its result is unclear, the business is asked to check it.

Staff may see counts-only reports and optional alerts about the waitlist. Calendar Waitlist does not provide automatic booking from the waitlist, an availability or booking guarantee, a temporary hold, payment, deposit, or membership calendars, recurring classes, classes with more than one staff member, other group calendars, rentals, offers of one opening to more than five customers at once, staff preferences, or revenue reports or estimates. Services catalog bookings are excluded.

Subscription and billing

The Marketplace plan is $9 per business account per month after a 30-day free trial, with no setup fee and no app usage fee. Every feature described above is included. The subscription is billed through the CRM Marketplace; billing and plan status are handled through your CRM, not by Calendar Waitlist. CRM email usage charges may apply separately through the business's CRM account.

To cancel, uninstall Calendar Waitlist from your CRM, then check Marketplace billing in your CRM and cancel any subscription that is still active there; contact support if you cannot confirm cancellation.

Availability and contact

Calendar Waitlist depends on the installed business account, its calendar data, and CRM services. The product and live messaging channels remain separately controlled. Contact support@glideberry.com with questions about the service.
